We sell business data as one-time exports: you pay once for a file and keep it, with no subscription and no credits. Every request gets a quote in USD that states the number of records after your filters, the as-of date of the data and the price, before you decide.

Status on October 13, 2026: no published prices. We publish no record counts of our own either; see the data status.

What a quote is based on

We do not set a price before we know what you need. The quote reflects the scope of your request:

  • Industries and area. Which industries and which counties (or, outside Florida, which states, regions or countries) the file should cover. Together they decide how many businesses come into question.
  • Required fields. If every record must have a phone number, an email address or a website, records without them are left out, and the file becomes smaller.
  • Number of records after filters. The figure that matters is the count after all filters, not the size of a whole industry. The official industry sizes on the industry pages show the order of magnitude, not what a file will contain.
  • Data that still has to be compiled. For markets we compile on request and for custom selections, the quote covers compiling the data and states the delivery time.

What a file contains, column by column, is shown on the export page with a sample file (fictitious rows).

Questions about pricing

Why is there no price list?

A price depends on how many records a selection contains after your filters, so we quote each request individually. The price column in the industry table reads “on request” for the same reason.

Do I have to pay before I see the number of records?

No. The quote states the number of records after your filters, the columns, the as-of date of the data and the price. You decide after that.

Is there a subscription or a credit system?

No. An export is a one-time file that you pay for once and keep. If you need a newer version later, it is ordered again as a new export.

In which currency are prices quoted?

In U.S. dollars (USD).

How are other states and the EU priced?

We hold no dataset for Texas, California, New York, Georgia or the European Union. We first check which sources exist for your selection and then quote the scope, the delivery time and the price. What we can compile for each market is described on its page, for example Texas business data or EU business data.

How do your prices compare with other providers?

We cannot compare our own prices before we publish them. The published prices and pricing models of other providers, as read on their own pages, are in the comparison of business data providers.
